The next step is for them to draw
faces on their pumpkin for me to
cut them out. At first we only had
one pumpkin this year, because
they aren't cheap. Then on
Friday our neighbor came over
and offered them each their
choice of a pumpkin. They were
thrilled!

Okay, now this was by far the scariest
costume we saw all night. This is our
neighbor, who dressed up as Billy
Mays. But doesn't he look exactly like
him? I mean, it's eerie. We all said
that if we saw him like that walking in
an airport or mall, we would have
sworn we had really seen Billy Mays.
He even sounded like Billy Mays! He
has a loud, strong voice and sounded
just like him. It was just great!

Granny, dressed as a skateboarding

house to house. And just to be clear:
my big kids do not "trick or treat".
They dress up for fun, and to have fun
with the little kids, and they take them
around trick or treating. That way they
can climb the steps with them, and I
can sit back on the street and take
pictures!
