Joy has had her own private hairdresser these past
several days.  Widsar can do amazing things with
hair and it's a lot of fun.  She has taught me a little bit
about it, but I think it's an art form, and some of this
stuff I just can't do.
Cool beans.
Homemade donuts for breakfast.  Yum.
So next we take Widsar to shoot guns.
If you want your kids to do chores later, let them do chores where they are
little and want to do them!  Teach them how, and you'll have lots of good
help.  Maggie and Eden love doing dishes, filling and emptying the dw.
Raspberries in my garden.
Can you guess what's happening here?
Daddy teaching Maggie how to blow a bubble with
bubble gum.  I love the concentration on her face.
Widsar does Eden and Maggie's hair too!
Widsar letting Maggie do her hair.
Making cookies together.
After the cookies were done, Widsar had Maggie get out the "If You
Give a Mouse a Cookie" book, and asked her to read it to her.  But
at each step, Widsar would stop and say, "Wait.  Wait.  We need a
straw.  Someone get me a straw."  and "Wait.  Wait.  I need a mirror.
Somebody bring me a mirror."  Until they all acted out the whole
book.  It was fun and they all loved it.
Time to SLIP  AND  SLIDE ! ! !
